Q: "How do l track my order?"

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please note: due to our system, tracking is only updated after your package arrives at the local airport. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or your account if you have one. Still can't find it? Contact our customer service for assistance.

Q: "How do l change or cancel an order?"

To modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team before it enters processing. If the order has already advanced, don't worry—we are committed to providing a satisfactory solution and will find the best possible outcome for you. For changes, we recommend placing a new order to ensure the fastest receipt of your items.

Q:"What can ldo if haven't received the delivered package as expected?
Has your tracking status updated, but the package isn't there? Don't worry—this can occasionally happen. Please start by double-checking the shipping address on your order, then look around the delivery spot. You can also check your tracking link for any notes from the carrier, or call them directly. Sometimes, packages are scanned as 'delivered' a bit early, so giving it another day can help too. Thanks so much for your patience!

Q: "What happens if my package is lost or stolen?"

Once your order is shipped, responsibility for the package lies with the shipping carrier. However, if you haven't received a delivered order or it appears lost in transit, please reach out to us—we're here to support you and will gladly assist in communicating with the carrier on your behalf.

Q:"How do l apply my discount code?"

At the end of the payment page, you willfind a box to enter your discount code. After filing in the promotion code, you can click "Apply", then yourtotal amount will be updated.
Only one promo code per order is allowed.

Q:"How can l find the products l need?

Find any product using the search bar (top-right) with keywords or a product number, or browse by category and use filters to refine.

Q:"What size should l buy?"

Finding your perfect fit is easy. You can use the detailed size chart on every product page, or tell us your current bra size and fit preferences—we're happy to offer a personalized size recommendation.

Q:"Do you offer plus size?"

All of our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range.

Q:"What materials and fabrics do you use?"

It's possible for you to find the answer in product pages. 0ur bra is made of skin-friendly and environment-friendly materials, that conform tointernational production standard.

Q: “How do I care for my pieces?"

To help your bra keep its perfect shape and last longer, we recommend a little extra care: avoid wearing the same bra two days in a row, hand wash it gently in cool water with a mild detergent, and let it air dry. With the right care, your favorite pieces will stay beautiful wear after wear.

No.3-Exchanges And Returns

Q:"What is the return policy for shevue?'

Shevue offers a 30-day return period from the delivery date. While returns are free of service fees, original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect. All items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with original packaging and tags. Returns not meeting these conditions will be refused after inspection. Q:"Can I help with a defective product?'

We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@shevue.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we would help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Q: “How long does a refund or exchange take to process?”

We will process your refund for you once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, which typically takes 5-7 business days. After that, please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction. If you don't see the refund posted, feel free to reach out—we're here to help! Thank you for your patience.

 

Q:"What if l closed my card/bank?

Currently, we can only issue a refund to the original pavment method, meaning that we cannot issue a refund to a new account or card. if theaccount has been completely closed, please consult the bank first. You can reach out to us at support @shevue.com if you need furtherassistance.

Orders are processed depend on circumstances. Most orders placed on business days wilbe processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Q:“How long does my order take to arrive?"

Your order will typically arrive in 7-20 business days after leaving our warehouse. Please note that processing your order before shipment may take up to 2 additional business days. During major sales periods, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand and logistics congestion. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you on time.

Q:"Can l update the shipping address?"
Normaly we will only ship to the address where the order was originally placed. But there is always a small window to correct an inaccurateshipping address. Let's connect as soon as possible if you need to update the shipping address-- contact us.

Q:"What is the shipping fee and how do l qualify for free shipping?
The shipping fee varies according to the actual condition. Generally speaking, it is about $7.95-$12.95.In remote areas, the express fee could beup to 820. We offer free shipping on all orders over $79.
